The European College of Cluny, which the Foundation has supported from the outset, is a place of training and research on local public action and territorial innovation, with a European perspective. Since its creation with its founding partners (Science Po, Arts et Métiers, the Assembly of European Regions, the 27th Region, the University of Bologna, etc.), it has enabled students, professionals, local elected officials and researchers to train and exchange their experience on themes related to the multiple challenges of transition facing European territories.
